Sometimes you just need a word. Sometimes it comes from God himself. Other times it comes from a muppet and a banjo.
I shared this video on Facebook four years ago today as a joke. Watching it in my Facebook memories early this morning, though, was the second of three times I was reminded this morning to be joyful.
Joy isn’t the same as happiness. Happiness is the result of something you or another person does, and happiness can be fleeting. Joy is the celebration that comes from recognizing that, whether or not you are currently happy right now, you will be happy again.
